Two duplex homes in Barra de Carrasco, designed for families seeking space and tranquility without moving away from Montevideo. From the outset, the project was structured around a clear financial plan and ongoing control of costs and timelines. Every design decision aimed to balance spaciousness, natural light and construction efficiency, with quality finishes built to last.
