Who we are
DUO is a real estate developer with a strong financial vision and more than 10 years in the industry, with experience across project types, including buildings and housing.
We develop our own projects end to end, covering every stage: financial structuring, product planning, construction, commercial strategy and overall direction. Our experience also includes managing developments for third parties.
Our approach brings together financial judgment, strategic vision and the capacity to execute, aimed at creating solid, efficient real estate projects with long-term value.

What we do

We take an active part in defining the product, working with architects, engineers and consultants. We look for a balance between design, functionality and construction efficiency.

Technical and economic feasibility
We assess the technical, regulatory and commercial feasibility of each project. We analyze costs, market prices and financial scenarios so that every decision rests on solid information.

Financial structuring
Our greatest strength is financial planning and control. We structure investment flows, manage resources and make sure the economic and return targets are met.

Execution and budget control
We oversee schedule compliance and the use of resources. Our management combines technical and financial control to ensure an orderly execution within the planned parameters.
